You can always find something to be worried about right and then that supports your continued feelings of anxiety so that's a big one or feeling hopeless you know well I feel so hopeless about the situation. Then another one is these rules that we might have for other people like the way that things should be done which are very upsetting if they violate them. So just being aware of your own rules and how those rules might be getting in your way emotionally could be leading you into bad emotional situations.
