The Benefits of Keeping Active Customers on Your List
The purpose of your list should be to provide information that is useful to active customers. If you can figure out what the content is that they are looking for, then you're better off because it will break down into segments. Being able to kind of have that control and give, you know, that control back to the consumer, back to your customer is, I think, critical in maintaining that relationship.
