The Importance of Shrewdness in Romans 13

Mordecai should have just done the shrewd, simple thing and just bent the knee. Jesus has several parables that promote the idea of shrewdness indeed in the lesser commission. Haman's in power because God wanted him there for his divine sovereign providential purposes. Xerxes is in power because he wants Xerxes there. Esther though is also in power because they want her there.
