Are There Certain Generators, or Even Better Solutions?

i could have been so self sufficient had i listened to them or learned from them, all the old skills. Who has 30 gallons of white vinegar laying around where you can go start canning things in a fermentation bath? I'm sure you know. One f your praps though, would definitely be this week end to go at least buy ten gallons of white Vinegar.
