Fasting is a lifestyle change that I have found too difficult because I tend not to stop till quite late in the evening. And I don't like to have a big meal at lunchtime particularly. There's also timing restriction, which goes on to circadian rhythm disruption. Have you looked into that much? You should keep to some of these things and you shouldn't have your big meal at that stage. But it's terribly difficult to follow. It really is.
