Is Your Body Telling You Something?

I've learned over the years to really tune into my body, especially as someone who has recovered from eating disorders and now engages in intuitive eating. So for me, there's a level of tiredness. It usually starts in my shoulders and then goes up into my throat and I feel it in my face and behind my eyes. My body just tells me it needs ice or a rest or a massage. And so the positive psychology based intervention is to actually work with folks or work with yourself to make friends with your somatic sensations.
