We don't think there's a trade off. We love heltactio are collaborating with students, and this is a breath of fresh air that we haven't seen in the 15 to 20 years we've been doing this. About 70 % of our teachers are former professional educators so they have been in a certified or trained in some way. But now we also think that there are many adults who have skills, passions, interests that make them great educators for kids.
