Holocrancy: A New Way to Structure Companies

Holocrancy is one possible way of reinventing the organization structure and it works really well for us. Not everyone who's smart and hard working is a self starter or wants that responsibility. Holocrancy still allows you to not have many responsibilities but then you don't have much power either. It should be very explicit because if your former boss comes to you and expects a thing of you you can just say, well I don't see this accountability anywhere in my roles.
