Inequality, Like Oppression, Is a Social Pathology We Can't Escape From

In equity, much like oppression will be a social pathology that we can't escape from. Gerard believes oppression will always play society. It either exists explicitly in different forms of prohibition like gender roles and caste systems or it exists more subtly through memetic competition, coercion disguised as liberty. If the threat to our treasured ideal of freedom was not enough, so too will equality be threatened. Theodicy's aim is to explain the origin of all evil, whereas its source, how does it manifest, what are the possibilities of escape?
