How to Adapt to Heterogeneity in the Landscape
AMP stands for adaptive multi-patic grazing. It's a grazing method that has gotten a lot of attention here in the last 10 years or so. But we also need to remember that we do need to have grazing to help those forages flourish. Non-grazing or no grazing leads to what they call a climax community. And then you end up with species that you don't want in there and so we need some of that grazing.
