I Will Restore the Years if You'll Turn to the Lord Your God
Joel 2:28 says I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh, your sons and your daughters shall prophesy. The sun will be turned to darkness, the moon to blood before the great and terrible day of the Lord shall come. This is a drastic turn of events from the Old Testament prophecy because who prophesies a prophet? Prophets. It's not eliminating the need of the prophet, but it's giving the hope that people from top to bottom across everything against servants, handmaids can enjoy these spiritual gifts.
