I Didn't Have a Breakdown, but I'm Fine. It's Over

I'm doing great. I didn't listen back to last week's pod because sometimes I used to like to check in to see how bad my heavy breathing is. But I didn't because I thought, oh, maybe I did have a bit of a breakdown. Thank you for all those messages, right? And honestly, I'm fine. It's over. Best of a being now.
