Classical Theism - The Infallibility of Omnipotence and the Source of Contingency
According to classical theism, god is free in that god is the source of his action. So if god entionally acts or wills to bring about x, whatever x is, then it is not possible for x to fail to obtain. If god ad willed or decreed otherwise, then a different universe and time line come about. And so here is where god's freedom and omnipotence come together for the classical theist.
