You Can't Base Your Actions on Plausibility

You cannot base your actions on certainty, but you have to rely on plausibility. If i'm only seeing something, there's a good chance that it's an illusion or a delusion caused by the ectivity of my seeing. But if i can see it and touch it and hear it and smell it, then the chance is that each one of those independent senses are right producing an illusion.
