Alan Ganett: Three to four hours a day is the max you can do before it starts becoming pretty inefficient, but also depends on your own sort of rhythm. We all have these different sort of rhythms to how our days were, and you actually just want to lean into those rhythms,. You don't want to try and force yourself to do stuff. So if it turns out that you're someone who can consume for six hours a day, great, do it. Most people at a certain point just starts to, you start to lose focus.
