Resentment Is a Challenge, I Think
Some people resent ideas that we can simply experience Buddha nature or experience the authentic self and suddenly we feel good. I think in some cases there's validity towards it in the sense that we do have a special America this side to spirituality, both in terms of teachers and followers,. often kind of looking for happiness and looking for the happiness trap. But just because you haven't had the experience doesn't mean it doesn't exist. And if you dare get closer to it befriended even more whether through meditation meditation is probably superior. If you're somebody who for all this is just, you know, some kind of religious philosophy don't reject it. Instead, trust your lived experience where whatever something broadly
