Josh: We have decades of data about what happens when companies are taken over by these actors who pile the debt on them. He says if COVID didn't happen, might you not be doing this? Josh: I think that it would have in any case because really what you've seen is a trajectory in the changes in private equity, the targets. And so there are more and more targeting industries that used to be viewed as socially important, social goods.
