Creating Rewards and Spiffs So That Everyone Can Win
The programme has been changing its rewards and spiffs so that everyone can win. We've started recognizing managers not on their % to quota, because right the feasts and famine environment,. a manager can have some one who's at 200% of their number, and everyone else is at 30%. And theyre meeting their number and their being celebrated. The purpose of a manager is to help each one of their reps to achieve their target, not just one and leave everybody else behind. So if you made a certain threshold, you can be a part of it. And we hope that that creates this environment and spirit where people work together, where they know the more the merrier.
