The Redfin Report on Mortgage Rates

In 2023 52% of sellers are going to be boomers, millennials being number two. Rate locks for second homes dropped to the lowest levels since 2016 in February 2023 and stayed nearly as low in March. Even when you had that drastic decline in everything in March we're below that level on second homes. 42% of homes do not have a mortgage.
