The Myth of the Perfect Body
I fear that sometimes, you know, again with spirituality or yoga that there's this projected image of the perfect body. We all have, we fall into that trap and the culture is so good at feeding us back. So when you listen to the body rather than look at the body in a mirror, it's a whole different body that you're coming in touch with. And then I think, then healing is, is not being impeded - your body becomes the body it's meant to be with. There are all sorts of bodies, not just thin, thin yogic bodies.
