The Importance of a Good Algorithm

When you're working on an algorithm, it's a good time to crack open the book and look at the algorithm. A lot of fancy computer science is just going to be stuff that you're going to rarely use more often than not. How many times have you had to change some fonts or change some colors or move something to pixels? Like that just happens. And you know, it's important. It's an important part of the product overall too.
