The Problem of Divine Hiddenness

Every christian, every theist has wrestled to some extent with what we would call the problem of the hiddenness of god. We feel as though god ought to be more apparently real and present in our lives. And just because we have difficulties a through our belief, that doesn't necessarily mean that's going to justify us not believing at all. So i think it's an important objection that needs to be taken seriously.
