Ethereum Core Development

There are many different teams that work on this, and it's worth kind of going over at a high level. The people who do the most of the work of the actual protocol development are client developers. And so the people who write that software are like in terms of direct contributions to the Ethereum protocol,. They're split up across a bunch of different organizations today. Ermind is another team which has both an execution and consensus layer. So there's probably two or three other big groups, or maybe two large companies working on these issues as well.
