The typical surgical findings include soft tissue swelling and a dull gray appearing fascia in, quote, dishwasher fluid drainage. Antibiotic therapy should be started immediately after obtaining blood cultures. Of course, if they're hemeodactylion stable, they're going to require IV fluids and vasopressors.
