The Importance of Storytelling in Fundraising
Michael Gibson: I have a similar notion with the university system and the massive amount of debt that it saddles an entire generation with. There's also this strange like Stockholm syndrome or something where once you've been captured by the system you come to like it and you want to impose it on others. And then when it comes to undergraduate education,I think that the debate then starts to become more about stuff along the lines of, well, university education shouldn't just be vocational school. It should also be about critical thinking and exploring the philosophy arts and literature.
