Is There a Zero Cry of Crime?
i think there's a sort of threshold level where you're basically a society with no crime. There are some societye, say, east asia, when the crime is effectively zero. But once you're at the level of an american suburb, i just don't see that getting down to the japanese level is all that important. Rather, i think that it's a typical symbolic issue where people claim tt that it means the world, even though their ctions do not show that.
