Is This a Calling in Our Church?

There's something called stepen's ministries in a lot of other churches. It's actually a sort of a centralized programme that a church or a congregation can subscribe to. And then you have these ten people at any one time signed to be stephen's ministrs. They've had ten, 20 hours of training and how to be competently compassionate. Can you even imagine what that would be like if we took our compassionate service committee and we sent them to these kinds of training? I mean, it's kind of blowin my mind right now to think of what what this could really become.
