Heraclitus - The Road Up Is the Road Down

Heraclitus said that everything is always changing. The unity of the world consists in what heraclitus called a constant war, or strife between all things. He was trying to express his philosophy in these mysterious, fragmentary riddles. Heraclitus thought that everything is in flux.
