Putin's first term was quite reformist and we had a fairly competitive political environment. But already certain trends began to be visible. And I think gas problem was obviously in the forefront. He pointed Dmitry Medvedev, the current prime minister as a chairman of the board of directors. Next year, 2001, he appointed Alexei Miller, his St Petersburg associate as CEO of gas problem.
