Is Processing of Food a Bias in Nutrition?

I think that we should have different words for these things that's personally what would make sense and even ultra processed is good because it gives a little bit of an appendage to the meaning but I'm curious how you think about this spectrum of meaning with processing of food. Do you mind sharing maybe what was helpful for you going through your health issues and sort of what you change and if that's changed at all to current day? Yeah totally. That makes sense! So when I first got into nutrition I think most closely aligned with sort of paleo type diet you know minimally processed foods, whole foods cutting out the junk.
