The Importance of Flexibility in Industrial Processes

It's really important that that portfolio that you talked about includes customers that are demand responsive. We said that what I learned was that consumers and we started in this technology in residential setting it's all too complicated. The other thing I've learned more recently working with big industrial customers is they're finding it really hard to get their head around the idea of flexibility. That whole concept is quite foreign to manufacturers. A virtual power plant can have a battery in Victoria and another one in North Queensland theoretically as the one power plant but a microgrid is doing something in its own little geography which seems to me is a more natural unit. Should I am I thinking the wrong way?
