The Life and Times of Georges Saint-Hébres

The rustic short novel from Swale Champs was published in 1848. In 1849 it was staged as a play at the Odeon Theatre in Paris. She continued to advocate politically with the Bonaparte family on behalf of peasants and the working class. As she approached her fifties, Georges wanted to ensure that her family would be taken care of long-term after her death.
