The Importance of Privacy Manifests

Apple's privacy manifests are files that outline and create a little synopsis of the privacy practices for any third party code running in an app. Apple is giving developers more information, but the onus is on the developer to use that information. The Android privacy sandbox effectively cuts off the execution of an SDK from even being able to gather data without consent.
