Today is all about updates. Five Big Updates on five big briefs that I’ve shared with you previously from around the world.
First up, the Drone Wars. Ukraine used them to great effect in the early stages of their war against Russia. But now? Not so much. I’ll explain why.
Second, COVID in China. Millions of people are getting locked inside their homes once again this morning, factories shuttered, all because of a few hundred cases of COVID in country of 1.4 B. I’ll explain why.
Third, Violence in the Congo. There’s a brewing war between Congo and rebels in the east, backed by their neighbor Rwanda. I’ve got an update, plus a reminder of how this conflict could affect our economy.
Fourth, Natural Gas Wars in Europe. Two big utilities in France and Germany are coming under government control this morning, all because they were about to go bankrupt. I’ll explain the latest.
Finally, a wild brief about COVID vaccines. Tens of millions of doses getting dumped down the drain. All because nobody wants them anymore.
