How I Overcame Fear of Telling Myself What to Do

I think I was like the youngest boss if you could say that. Everyone that I am played was older than me and it was very daunting for me to be telling people oh yeah dude I just do that like this. Like I'm a kid to them do you know what I'm saying? And I think I had to overcome that like fear of just people saying but you're this age like what are you doing? You can't tell me to do that.
