Luxury rents across an index of 30, major financial cities has grown. It grew around 6%. That was outpacing the sales market in terms of price increases. People are looking for alternatives where they can get non correlated investments with good yields. UBS's traditional 6040 portfolio do very poorly in 22 and private real estate do quite well.
