The Importance of Initiation

I feel like that's a good place to go because I'm like, what are we talking about? Is it because when I think of icky siz-hat man way, I think of violation and I think of like won't take no for an answer or a no is just a no until it's a yes type thing. That's the flavor that feels like this person might be trying to get out is violations of consent. And I also think that people who are not siz-man often feel like any kind of initiation is pressure. Like when non-siz-men are initiating, I think that our bar is low to feel like we have done too much.
