How to Revasterize a SMA
The patient in question today that we're talking about because of the severity of the pneumatosis and the portal venous gas, we definitely broke in general surgery early on in this process. And I thought about how to approach this patient in a revasterization option. As Bobby pointed out, you can approach them from either a hybrid end of asterisk standpoint or you can approach it from an open acute bypass. So I'll start with kind of the open bypass options to consider just so I'll put it all on the table for the listeners but then talk about why we chose to do our eventual option.
