On Wednesday, Rod DeSantis released a video saying that he is running for president. John Avlon: I think we all have kind of known for just a little while that Ron DeSantis was going to throw his hat in the ring. He says both Donald Trump or Rima Swami would make far better presidents than Joe Biden.
