How We Got Into Multifamily After the Crash

JV: When did you get into multifamily? Was that post crash? Did you kind of make the pivot at some point or for a specific reason? And then I'd like to talk about maybe what the, you know, what you saw in the marketplace after the crash and how you guys adjust to that in your business. JV: We've always been involved in residential housing because that's just what we got into at first is what made sense. But as we scaled up realized how much easier multifaith was, but what allowed us to do it was private capital.
