The imposter syndrome is a real thing and I really like the fact that you added the substantive component to it. You might actually be an imposter. Most of the time you're not. But then sometimes it's okay to recognize I have a gap. And again, that's why the name of the book is finding confidence and conflict because a lot of times we're giving recipes to people who are afraid to get in the kitchen. If you don't do the internal work, it doesn't matter if you know how to have the conversation because you're just not going to do it really well.
