How to Communicate Effectively With Foreigners

I think English people should be learning how to communicate with foreigners more effectively. I'm just getting ready to go out at 11 o'clock. It's annoying that pubs traditionally close at 11. Cigarettes are ridiculously expensive, which is really ridiculous. Only the real men just drink and they don't eat because if you eat, the food in your stomach absorbs some of the alcohol you're drinking.
