LLM's Intent Discovery and Conversation Insights Modules
We've already introduced two new features updated features rather with the help of LLM so one is intent discovery feature that we introduced. Another module that we updated in can know using LLM's is our conversation insights module. We now elevate the false positives from the conversation insights and if there are conversation drop offs and there is a probability of you know incorrect intent then that's something that you need to go and fix, for example.
