i'm just wanting intos o your view at the moment, because i'm ri jus going to ve no tomsky about this a few weeks ago. The only way that could happen is a washington moscow agreement that russia withdrawals in exchange for a commitment of ranian neutrality. Anything else is war mongering. I mean, if there was an referendum in britain, i would vote to withdraw from nato. But i think we have a moral responsibility to address the academic question: can we blame a nates expansion for what has happened anyway?
