When do you intervene? I think it's particularly tricky, and that's the word jase just used with osimers. Some of the earliest stages of th disease is when we have the accumulation of amoid placs. Mark aly an interesting case, because they might be not quite active enough at the beginning, and maybe too active later. But aging is the biggest risk factor for these narrow degenerate diseases. It's kind of use it or lose it, in that kind of way.
