Do You Have a Reference Management System?

i like to give some advice for people who are just starting out with a reference measuor system, because this can easily be a huge time sink. Don't throw out everything you've got, but just move things in there as you need them. And then after a couple of weeks, do a review and have a look and go, ok, so what's working here and what isn't working? Because investing all that time at front to put everything in there drains you. You spend so much time sorting and filing and reorganizing and shuffling things around.
