The Second Establishment of Mindfulness

One of the big things that come out of buddhism is mindfulness. Mindfulness was very important to the buddha, and it's nice to see that it's got a lot going on. But i don't think it gets the full measure in the secular world. So you need to be mindful of your vedna, know that they're happening. And so if you're mindful and you're seeing this is a pleasant vedna then you've got a chance to deal with it in a healthy way.
