What's the Process of Due Diligence?

You're going to want to go through a little bit of a process of due diligence and due diligence simply means like you're kind of trying to figure out everything about that property. You might be calling the city or county and finding out if it's buildable or what maybe the hurdles would be in order to build on that property. All these things are important and we're not trying to find a reason not to buy it we're trying to just confirm that it's a good purchase.
