The Germans Shut Down Their Three Nuclear Power Plants
The Germans shut down their three remaining nuclear power plants. In 2004, the Germans produced 160 million megawatt hours of nuclear power. Zing: Germany is not near Japan, as far as I know, and nowhere near a fault line. And yet the Greens and sort of feckless politicians in Germany have spent the last 20 years shutting down all their nuclear power plants; it's an outrage.
