The Fed didn't have the correct inflation forecast coming into the cyclical upswing. And I think they've already tightened enough to put the economy into a eventual recession, says Darda. The equity market is up on zero earnings growth. This is entirely driven by valuations and long-term interest rates really haven't come down.
